Tell us what happened
Two ways in: players and parents report a problem or ask a question; studios and creators ask about a website or tool build.
- We never ask for your password, your username or your account details, and you should never send them.
- We point you at Roblox’s own recovery and reporting channels, because those are the only ones that can act.
- What you tell us goes only to the verified studios and creator services that match your request, so they can contact you directly — never published, never sold as a lead, and never an account credential.
- We cannot recover accounts, restore Robux or reverse purchases — only Roblox can do that.
We reply within two working days. Be careful with anyone who answers faster and offers to fix it directly: account “recovery services” are one of the scams described on this site.

Three fields. Never include a password, and never include your account details — we do not need them and no legitimate service will ask.
Get listed as a studio or creator service
Get listed and receive matching enquiries from creators who ask us for a studio or a service — and, if you want one, a website or browser tool from us too.
