What this site is, what it is not, and the limits of what you can rely on.
We are not Roblox. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation and are used here only to describe the subject of the guides.
We do not sell, offer, generate or give away Robux. There is no mechanism on this site by which Robux can be obtained, and there never will be. Any page, message or advertisement claiming otherwise in our name is not ours.
We cannot act on your account. We cannot recover accounts, restore Robux, reverse purchases or lift moderation actions. Only Roblox can do those things, through its own support channels, which we link. Anyone who offers to do them for you — including for a fee — is running a scam.
Prices and figures are indicative. Pack prices, the Developer Exchange rate, the marketplace fee and payout rules are set by Roblox and change. Our figures are checked at the last review date shown on the page and are for information only.
Guides are general information. They describe how things work and what has been reported, and they are not advice about your specific account, purchase or dispute. Follow Roblox’s Terms of Use; several practices described here — trading Robux for real money off-platform, for example — breach them and can result in a ban.
Accuracy and availability. We correct errors as we find them and re-date the affected guide, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current, or that the site is available without interruption.
Content ownership. The text and design of this site belong to us. Quoting a passage with a link back is welcome; republishing whole guides is not.
