What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
We never ask for account details. Not your Roblox username, not your password, not a one-time code, not your account email. No form on this site asks for them and you should never send them — to us or to anyone else who contacts you.
The calculator collects nothing. The amount of Robux you type is processed by JavaScript on the page and never leaves your browser. There is no request, so there is no server log and no stored figure.
What we collect. Only what a form asks for. For a question or a scam report: a name, an email address, the topic, and optionally your role, how urgent it is and what you choose to write. For a project enquiry: name, email, project type, budget range, timeline, and optionally studio, phone and a brief. We also store the page the form was sent from, your IP address and your browser user-agent string, to catch automated abuse.
A note for younger users. If you are under the age at which you can consent to this in your country, ask a parent or guardian to send the message instead. We would rather answer a parent than hold a child’s details.
Why. To reply to you. Nothing more.
What we never do. We never publish what you send us, never use it as an example without asking, and never sell or pass your details to anyone.
Analytics and cookies. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves the device.
How long we keep it. Messages are kept for as long as the exchange is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights. Write to us to see a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.
Third parties. Our hosting provider processes the request data needed to serve pages. If a form notification is routed to an internal chat tool, the fields you submitted pass through that provider.
